Entim Mara Camp

Set right inside the reserve with front-row views over the Mara River, Entim Mara Camp, is only a short drive to the famous river crossing points where the Great Migration unfolds in breathtaking drama as wildebeest and zebra surge across the water under the watchful eyes of predators.

The name Entim means “forest” in the Maasai language, and the camp is discreetly tucked into a grove of riverine woodland. From the privacy of your veranda, you can look out across the plains and down to the river, where elephants drink, hippos wallow, and lions patrol the banks. During migration season, you may even witness thousands of wildebeest thundering past – all without leaving camp.

Entim offers just 12 luxury tented suites, raised on wooden decks with uninterrupted views. Each tent features an elegant en-suite bathroom, private lounge, and open veranda designed to connect you seamlessly with the wilderness outside. Blending earthy tones with natural textures, the camp feels like an organic part of the landscape.

Dining at Entim is a highlight in itself. Meals are freshly prepared in camp, from homemade breads and pastries to creative dishes made with organic produce. Enjoy candlelit dinners on the open-fronted deck, sundowners in hand-picked spots overlooking the plains, or private dining on your own veranda.
