DAY ONE  – WINDHOEK – SOSSUSVLEI
Approximate journey time 5hrs
You will be collected from your hotel in Windhoek at 07:00hrs, for your private road transfer, allowing sufficient time to reach your overnight accommodation in good time.  Just sit back and enjoy the scenery on the way.  Once you arrive at the lodge, you have the rest of the day to unwind and relax.

DAY TWO & THREE  – SOSSUSVLEI
Two full days to explore the area with a morning and an afternoon dune drive and  a guided half-day excursion to highest dunes on Earth at Sossusvlei. They form part of the spectacular Namib Sand Sea, which was declared a World Heritage site in 2013.

DAY FOUR – SOSSUSVLEI – SWAKOPMUND
Approximate journey time 5hrs
Private road transfer to Swakopmund.   Once you arrive you have the rest of the day at leisure.

DAY FIVE –  SWAKOPMUND
Today is a day at your leisure to explore Namibia’s premier seaside town. There are a host of activities to participate in while in Swakopmund, these range from sandboarding, quad biking to sky-diving or marine/boat excursions, Historical Tours or general sight seeing – there is something for everyone! Activities are not included in this itinerary but can be pre-arranged when you book this itinerary or left for you to arrange on arrival in Swakopmund.

DAY SIX – SWAKOPMUND – ETOSHA
Approximate flight time 2hrs
Today starts with a flight to the Eastern side of Etosha National Park, into the Mokuti Airstrip, where you will be met and transferred to Mushara Lodge, which will be your home for the next three nights.

DAY SEVEN/EIGHT – ETOSHA
Two full days to explore Etosha National Park.

• Dangerous Goods are not permitted on any flight. Passengers are therefore not permitted to carry items such as matches, lighters, flammable liquids, fireworks or firearms in carry-on luggage. Items such as bleach, solvents, corrosives such as acids, flammable or gaseous aerosols, camping gas, poisons, infectious items in any baggage item.
• The Charter company accepts no responsibility for any delays or additional costs caused by unforeseen circumstances, deviations or delays due to weather conditions, safety precautions or mechanical breakdowns or any other cause whatsoever.  The price is based on direct routes except where indicated otherwise. Any diversions or additional flying will therefore be charged extra.
• Flight details, transfer information, accommodation information, passenger’s weights and nationality are required when confirming the flights.
• As per the Namibian Civil Aviation Regulations, the charter company is only licensed to operate between sunrise and sunset.
• All routes & flights are WEATHER PERMITTED.
• Routing will be planned per the number of passengers booked and their respective destinations.
• Type of Aircraft used will be determined by the number of passengers booked
• Industry Standard Weights apply with 18 kg soft luggage including hand luggage & camera equipment per person inclusive hand luggage and cameras – ideal bag indicated below. The air charter company reserves the right to have passengers repack their luggage if an overweight situation arises, in the interests of aviation safety and to remain within the bounds of aviation Air Law.
