This Northern Tanzania fly-in safari combines two of the region’s most iconic wildlife destinations, offering a well-balanced journey through diverse ecosystems. The experience begins in Tarangire National Park, a landscape defined by ancient baobab trees and some of Africa’s largest elephant populations. From here, the safari continues into the world-renowned Serengeti National Park, home to vast plains, predator-rich territories and seasonal Great Migration movements.
By combining Tarangire’s concentrated wildlife viewing with the expansive Serengeti ecosystem, this itinerary offers excellent game diversity and photographic opportunities. Light aircraft transfers reduce travel time and maximise time in the bush, allowing for a more immersive safari experience.

Day 1
This morning you will take a short flight from Arusha to Kuro Airstrip, Tarangire National Park. On arrival you will be met and transferred to Olivers Camp. Enjoy lunch at the camp before an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at Olivers Camp.
Days 2 & 3
Early morning depart the camp for a game walk in the surrounding area. On return to the camp enjoy breakfast. Relax till after lunch when you will depart on an afternoon game drive. Dinner and overnight at Olivers Camp.
Day 4
Transfer to Manyara Airstrip for flight to Serengeti . Depending on the season and migration location you may either go to Northern Serengeti National Park ( Sayari Camp – July – December) or Central Serengeti National Park ( Dunia Camp – January – June). On arrival you will be met and transferred with a game drive to camp. Arrive at Camp in time for lunch. Afternoon partake in game activity.
Dinner and overnight at Sayari Camp /Dunia Camp.
Days 5 & 6
Spend two days enjoying the surrounding. You can participate in the shared game drives. Optional Extra* : camp offers game walks in the surrounding area.
Dinner and overnight at Sayari Camp /Dunia Camp.
Day 7
After breakfast, check out and transfer to Seronera airstrip for your scheduled flight to Kilimanjaro.
Alternative Option: For those wishing to extend their adventure, you may to enjoy a few days of relaxation on the beach. We can arrange flights and a choice of hotels

Jambo, I’m Tommy Mees, most people call me Tom.
My connection with Africa began through years of travelling across the continent.
I later spent more than twelve years managing safari camps and lodges while supporting conservation initiatives including beekeeping and tree-planting projects.
Having travelled extensively throughout Eastern and Southern Africa, I developed a deep appreciation for authentic wilderness experiences and the conservation-focused approach of the Porini Camps.
I am originally from Belgium and now based in Spain, though my heart has always remained in Africa.
