KENYA SPECIAL SAFARI, 6 NIGHTS (SELENKAY CONSERVANCY- AMBOSELI, SUNBIRD LODGE-LAKE ELEMENTAITA & OL KINYEI CONSERVANCY- MASAI MARA): PRICES IN US$ [MINIMUM 2 PAX]

Prices include: Pick up in Nairobi, road transfer to Amboseli, 2 nights in Porini Amboseli Camp (with daily Selenkay Conservancy fees and one day Amboseli National Park entrance fee and a Maasai village visit), fly to Wilson Airport and after arrival, private road transfer in 4×4 vehicle to Lake Nakuru to arrive at Sarova Lion hill Lodge for check in and lunch. Afternoon is at leisure with an option of a game drive in the park. After breakfast, explore Lake Nakuru National Park on a  game drive returnig to your lodge for meals and overnight. After breakfast, drive to Ol Kinyei Conservancy arriving at Porini Mara Camp for check in and relaxation, later dinner and overnight. Next day you will have shared game drives in Ol Kinyei & Naboisho Conservancy & one day Masai Mara Game Reserve entry fee, with all meals and overnight at the camp. Last day fly back to Wilson Airport in Nairobi. On arrival met and transferred JKI Airport for departure. END OF SAFARI

Porini camps include full board basis including soft drinks, beer, house wine, gin & tonic, mineral water, return conservancy airstrip transfers, day & night shared game drives in open sided 4×4 safari vehicle with qualified guide, sundowners, walks with Maasai warriors.

Prices exclude: International flights, travel insurance, visas, porter / guide tips, beverages unless specified and items of a personal nature.

NB  Porini Camps are based on full board including soft drinks, beer, house wine, gin & tonic, mineral water, airstrip transfers, day & night shared game drives in open sided 4×4 safari vehicle with qualified guide, sundowners and walks with Maasai warriors.

Prices are subject to currency fluctuations and may change.

Child rates applicable for 08 – 11 year olds:

• 1 child sharing with 2 adults, child pays child package price above while the 2 adults pay per adult sharing rate.
• 1 child sharing with 1 adult, child pays child package price above while the 1 adult pays single adult rate.
• 2 or 3 children sharing in own tent, each child pays 75% of per adult rate. Child under 8 years not recommended.

Exclusive vehicle use at Porini camps:

Sole use of the open sided 4×4 safari vehicle during game drive US$ 375 per vehicle per day.

Late afternoon departure at Porini camps:

Late departure after 10h00 US$ 150 per person minimum 2 pax (includes lunch, soft drinks and activities before departure in the late afternoon).

Flight supplements:

Schedule flight: For flying from Nairobi to Amboseli US$ 142 per adult one way & US$ 100 per child (02 – 12 years) one way.

Charter flight: From 20th December to 31st March & from 01st July to 31st October we will offer daily charter flights with minimum 2 pax between Nairobi, Wilson Airport and Amboseli, Selenkay Airstrip which is very close to Porini Amboseli Camp & Selenkay Adventure Camp. The supplement will be the same as if using schedule flight as provided above. The charter flight is only 35 minutes departing Nairobi, Wilson Airport at 08h00 and arriving Amboseli, Selenkay Airstrip at 08h35. (Camp’s vehicle transfer to Porini Amboseli Camp or Selenkay Adventure Camp for free). The fare will be the same as if using schedule flight fare upto Selenkay Airstrip however if clients fly to or from Amboseli Airstrip within the dates specified above then there is a supplement of US$ 50 per person one way for pick up or drop off also one park fee US$ 80 per person charged.

Mombasa: For flying from Masai Mara to Diani/Ukunda/Moi Airport instead of flying to Nairobi US$ 430 per adult & US$ 285 per child 08 – 11 years (one way flight). Includes late departure charge (Excludes mandatory reserve fee).

Extra Night Rate:

Extra Night rate at Porini Mara includes accommodation and conservancy fee. Any extra visit to the reserve will be charged extra reserve fee per person per day on top of the above rates.

Our Porini Camps in the Mara are adjacent to the reserve in exceptionally rich wildlife areas where tourism density is controlled and deliberately kept very low (1 guest tent to 700 acres) and as such there is no need to visit the Mara National Reserve to view lions,  cheetahs, leopards, elephants, buffalo, giraffe, hippo etc.  Stays in our camps in the conservancies also include extra activities like night game drives, guided bush walks, bush meals and sundowners. However, should guests wish to include an extra visit to the reserve this can be pre-booked with the additional park entry charge applicable (currently $80 per person for 2023, $100 per person for 2024 low season & $200 per person for 2024 high season, subject to change). As the park entry tickets for the reserve must be booked and paid for in advance, this option needs to be confirmed at time of booking.
