Tucked away in the tranquil Ol Chorro Losoit Valley between the Lemek Hills, Mara Bush Houses is a collection of three houses located in the 30,000-hectare Mara North Conservancy, a serene community-owned conservancy adjacent to the Masai Mara National Reserve in southwest Kenya.

Among them, the Mara and Acacia houses stand as spacious three-bedroom havens, while Dik Dik house provides a cozy two-bedroom retreat. Each offering its own unique charm, these exclusive-use houses are designed for families or groups who want the privacy of their own home while on safari in Kenya. With a large, spacious verandah overlooking the busy waterhole, a large dining and living room with a fireplace, and a shared pool house, the Houses offer a luxurious setting and tailored service with the charm and comfort of feeling at home.

As the Houses are exclusive-use properties, guests are free to design their own itinerary, embracing the freedom to create their own unforgettable adventures
according to their schedule, timing and preferences, from exciting game drives and guided walks through the wilderness, to relaxing at the pool or playing board games in the lounge by the fire.

The Houses are fully staffed, with a dedicated and hands-on team including a wildlife guide, personal chef, room steward, waiter and household manager who ensure every stay is seamless and memorable.

Dik Dik House

Inside Dik Dik House is an open-plan dining room and lounge with a log fire – perfect for when the temperature takes a slight dip in the evenings. The House has one ensuite bedroom and one twin bedroom with a shared bathroom, a private outdoor verandah and a shared pool area.

Though not hosted, Dik Dik House comes with a full hospitality team including a private chef, house manager, room stewards, waiters and private guide.

Acacia House

Inside Acacia House, you’ll find an open-plan dining room and lounge with a log fire – perfect for when the temperature takes a slight dip in the evenings. The House one double room with en-suite bathroom, one attic room and a double room on the ground floor with a shared bathroom.  The House also has a private outdoor verandah and a shared pool area.

Though not hosted, Acacia House comes with a full team, including a chef, house manager, room stewards, waiters and your own private guide.
