Sanctuary Gorilla Forest Camp

Tucked away on a gentle ridge within the heart of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, Gorilla Forest Camp offers a secluded and immersive retreat surrounded by lush rainforest. As the only lodge situated inside the national park, its setting provides outstanding opportunities to observe both wildlife and birdlife in their natural habitat. The camp features eight spacious tents, each equipped with queen-sized beds and large bathtubs positioned to overlook the forest canopy.

Guests can enjoy freshly prepared meals and unwind with a drink in the welcoming bar and dining area, both set against a backdrop of dense forest. When weather permits, dining moves outdoors to a raised platform designed to blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings. A small on-site shop showcases locally crafted goods, supporting nearby communities. Guided forest walks to Munyaga Waterfall and cultural visits are included, while activities such as gorilla trekking and birdwatching excursions can be arranged at an additional cost.
