While Kinondo Kwetu is well suited for guests who want to unwind, it also offers a wide range of activities for those looking to explore the coast more actively. Options range from calm pursuits such as yoga or gentle swims to more energetic experiences like horse riding or seasonal water sports. Two swimming pools provide spaces for both sun and shade, and the ocean stays warm year-round, making it ideal for swimming and snorkelling.

Guests can also take part in horse riding along the beach or in the nearby sacred Kaya forests, visit neighbouring communities, or explore the natural surroundings of the Shimba Hills National Reserve on a day trip.
