Visit Loisaba Lodo Springs
Elewana Loisaba Lodo Springs opens on the 15th June 2019. The new high-end product is set to complement the existing products located in Loisaba conservancy, including Loisaba tented Camp and the Loisaba Star Beds. Loisaba is a 56,000-acre wildlife conservancy located in Laikipia, Northern -Kenya.
Elewana Lodo Springs is a different kind of bespoke safari experience; it has been created to speak to the discerning, well-seasoned high-end traveller who has come to expect responsible conservation practices without forgoing luxury and privacy.
Designed by renowned architects Chris Payne and Jan Allen with landscape architecture by Jo Silvester, Elewana Loisaba Lodo Springs will offer an ultra-private experience with just eight individual, spacious tented rooms with impressive views that reach across the magical landscape of northern Kenya stretching out to Mount Kenya.
Each tent will be assigned an Elewana guest ambassador to cater to guests’ needs as well as a dedicated safari vehicle, driver and expert Elewana field guide to accompany guests for the duration of their stay. The rooms are spacious and have been custom designed with large floor-to-ceiling windows, wooden floors and modern furnishings, each coming with a luxurious en-suite bathroom. Rooms look out over the Laikipia Plateau with views of Mount Kenya in the distance. Each room also has a lounge area with chairs and a writing desk as well as sunbeds located on a private veranda attached to the room.
With each set of guests having a private guide and vehicle, activities at Lodo Springs are flexible and can be tailored completely around what each guest wants to do. This area of Kenya is great for the adventurous, with game drives, bush walks, camel safaris and horse riding available, as well as mountain biking and even a chance to visit Loisaba Conservancy’s anti poaching unit to learn about their day-to-day training and activities, as well as viewing a demonstration in action.
