The Perfect Safari Experience

Our experience at the Cheetah Camp was beyond description. Wayne was absolutely the best at answering questions and setting up the logistics before we arrived. The accommodations were comfortable without being ostentatious and the staff were incredibly friendly and professional. We really appreciated how the camp works with green energy and conservation to make the camp and the food without guilt and just perfect. We could not have invented better guides than Phillip and Joel. This was our first safari, and their kind humor, expertise in finding and identifying animals, honesty in talking about the Maasai and the conservancy, and adventurous spirit in hauling us around for a few days made the trip truly special. We saw so many animals and birds! It defies imagination. The 4 of us and the land cruiser were alone in the bush the majority of the time, and the additional layer of knowing we were in a conservancy and helping the Maasai communities and wildlife and habitat conservation made a difference in not feeling like we were exploiting anyone or anywhere in our adventure. We can't imagine going anywhere else for a safari.
