Located in the remote Nyamatusi Wilderness area of the Mana Pools National Park, this small camp is situated on the banks of the renowned Zambezi River and is inspired by the nature that surrounds it.  Each of the 6 spacious and well-appointed luxury tents have their own private deck and plunge pool, offering remote views overlooking the Zambezi.

Nyamatusi Camp, lightly translated, means ‘wild game’. Activities are focused on the Zambezi River and it’s surrounds, with walking safaris being a highlight at this camp.  Exhilarating game drives, catch and release fishing and canoeing all also included as part of your stay and led by qualified and passionate guides keen to share their knowledge and love of the bush with you.

Conservation
The camp is a part of African Bush Camps Foundation which aims to make an impact in the communities and wildlife areas surrounding their camps. The projects running focus addressing challenges that include unemployment, food scarcity, poor education and healthcare infrastructure, low school attendance and dropouts due to financial constraints, wildlife poaching, and preserving natural resources.
