This beautiful footage from Ken Roggow tells the story of the cheetah named Narasha.
Narasha was born in early 2004 and named after a distinctive mark on her right cheek. This made her one of the well-known and much-loved characters in Kenya’s Masai Mara National Reserve and Olare Motorogi Conservancy where she resided for many years.
Unfortunately, Narasha was killed by lions in 2015 – but her memory lives on through her cubs, many of which she succeeded in bringing up to full independence.
