The Boma is one of Nairobi’s newest properties – having opened in 2012 – and it combines attractive architecture and modern facilities. The hotel is unique in its responsible and sustainable ethos in that it is fully owned by The Kenya Red Cross Society with all profits funding their humanitarian projects and activities.

The Boma Nairobi is comprised of 148 luxurious guest rooms in various room types and grades. There are 120 Superior Rooms, 20 Deluxe Rooms, 6 Business Suites, 1 Executive Suite and a Presidential Suite. An Executive Lounge is available for guests staying in Deluxe Rooms and Suites.

All rooms and suites have a fresh, modern decor and come with luxury amenities including:

The Tembo Bistro is an a la carte restaurant offering a variety of cuisine that is quick to prepare using seasonal and organic produce and served in an authentic and contemporary way.

The Boma’s elegant Cocktail Lounge is the perfect venue to meet friends and enjoy a relaxing evening. Guests can unwind with their favourite drink, or sample some new alcoholic or non-alcoholic concoctions professionally prepared by the friendly bar staff.

For the ultimate in indulgence, the Boma’s Zoezi Spa is an oasis of  tranquility and harmony, and promises to leave guests rejuvenated and uplifted with its broad range of professional treatments. Services include body and facial treatments, manicure / pedicure, massage, Aromatherapy, Hydrotherapy, steam bath / sauna and the latest Vichy showers.

The hotel has a lovely solar-heated pool with an attractive sun-deck an a pool bar. There is also a children’s pool.

A well-equipped and state-of-the-art gymnasium has both Cardio and Isotonic machines and a studio with classes and workout sessions for all aptitudes in aerobics, kick-boxing, dance, Yoga and much more.

Child policy:Children between 0 – 2 years stay free of charge, a baby cot shall be provided on request.

One or two Children aged 2 – 12 years sharing with an adult/s in a room pay 50% of per person sharing rates.

Two children below 12 years in own room pay 75% of per person sharing rates each child.

Executive lounge:All guests staying in the Deluxe rooms and the Suites have access to the Executive Lounge which offers tea and coffee all day, breakfast at the lounge, two pieces free laundry per day, express check in & check out, complimentary use of the Executive Lounge board room for 2 hours per day.
