Having recently opened in June 2011, Kirurumu Tarangire Lodge is set in a private land right at the Northern tip of Tarangire National Park. Located just a few minutes off the main road and close to the National Park Gate, Kirurumu Tarangire showcases 10 tented cottages, 2 honey moon suites and 2 family cottages with stunning views overlooking a waterhole and directly into the park.
ACCOMMODATION
All the rooms are fully en-suite and offer both hot and cold running water and electricity. Each room has its own verandah from where guests can enjoy the beautiful starry skies.
ACTIVITIES
The Lodge also offers a bar with great views of the watering hole and makes for enjoyable evenings and sundowners. Guests can enjoy their meals in the dining room equipped with a waiter service and internet facilities are also available at the reception.
Due to its location, guests are spoilt for choice with activities offered at Kirurumu Tarangire. Enjoy hiking and gamedrives in Tarangire National Park, go on a mountain bike ride or let us organize a day hike for you. Partake in cultural and nature walks with a Masaai guide who will bring you up to speed on the Masaai Culture as well.
