How to Book:
If you would like to book any of our Kenya safaris listed on this website then simply complete the Booking Enquiry Form stating the date when you plan to arrive and your chosen itinerary. Or if you wish to discuss your requirements or have any questions then please send us an email and we will be delighted to assist in looking after your arrangements.
We will reply promptly to confirm the price and availability, so that you can give us the go-ahead to make a booking. We will then make the booking for you and will ask you to complete a Booking Confirmation Form. A confirmation invoice will then be sent to you by email as confirmation of the services booked.
Payment of deposit and balance:
Payment terms: 20% deposit per person at the time of booking. Balance due 6 weeks prior to commencement of safari. Payments (deposit & final balance) may be made by direct bank transfer to our Nairobi bank account (details will be included with our confirmation invoice) or by credit card (see below).
Payment by credit cards:
We can also accept payment by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) through our secure online payment system. Once your booking is confirmed & your sales consultant has emailed you the invoice, you will then receive an email from Gamewatchers Safaris which will have a link that directs you to our secure online payment system, where you can enter your details and process your payment. No handling fee is added by us for payment by credit card. However your credit card company may add their own handling fee for processing a payment outside your home country.
Your Financial Security when booking with Gamewatchers Safaris:
If you are resident in the United Kingdom and pay for overseas travel arrangements using a credit card, under British law the Consumer Credit Act 1974 gives you full protection in the event that an overseas tour operator goes into receivership. If you paid for the services (even part of them) using a credit card, then you're entitled to a full refund from your credit card company in the United Kingdom. The law covers goods worth between £100 and £30,000 but you're completely covered even if you paid as little as £1 deposit with your credit card and the remainder some other way. Please note that this protection applies only to credit cards, such as Visa and Mastercard, and not to debit cards, such as Maestro and Delta.
