These returns will be disbursed in US dollars at the conclusion of our annual audit (2nd quarter) and are subject to a 15% Government withholding tax, which is recoverable in countries that have a double tax agreement with Kenya. At an occupancy of 35%, investors can anticipate a return on investment of 6.97%, based on a proportional share of 45% of profit before tax.

Investors enjoy complimentary stays at Porini Ol Kinyei Safari Cottages, increasing the value of their investment:
• 1 Share ($70,000): 8 room nights per year, up to 2 guests per room ($10,576 value in 2025).
• 3 Shares ($210,000): 32 room nights per year, up to 2 guests per room ($42,304 value in 2025).
• Discounted rates (10% off rack rate) for personal (the investor) stays over and above the complimentary nights.
INVESTMENT BUY-BACK OPTION
In Year 6 (2031), investors will have the opportunity to conclude their investment through a Buy-Back option. The buy-back will be calculated at the principal amount plus a 20% return.
ADDITIONAL NOTES:
• Conservancy Fees: A fee of $130 per person per night applies on complimentary nights.
• Peak Season Restrictions: Complimentary nights are available during off-peak periods, which include January 4 to June 5 and October 1 to December 14, excluding the Easter holidays.Â
