Mombasa Serena Beach Hotel

One of the African continent’s finest resorts, and the only property on Kenya’s coast with the distinction of being a member of Club Best Hotels Of The World, Mombasa Serena Beach Hotel offers consummate standards of accommodations, service, cuisine and amenities. With the shimmering sands and waters of the Indian Ocean stretching before it, set amidst verdant, bougainvillea-filled gardens, and shaded by gently swaying palm trees, this place represents the ultimate escape.

The resort subtly integrates indigenous design and materials with the highest standards of modern hospitality. In spirit and style it is inspired by the legendary 13th-century Swahili town of Lamu – flat-roofed Arabesque houses with distinctive hand-carved doors ensconce guest rooms that overlook a shady courtyard. Each is enhanced with native art and furniture.

Extensive recreational and water sports opportunities, with professional instruction available, are complimentary for guests.
