Asanja Grumeti is a luxury tented camp with just three guest tents located in the western corridor of the Serengeti. This area plays host to the most amazing wildlife spectacle in East Africa.
Every year, thousands of Wildebeest take a plunge to cross the glittering waters of the Grumeti River. The River is well known for its population of hippos and giant Nile crocodiles.
Asanja Grumeti is well hidden amongst the open woodlands of the Nyasarori Plains, famous for large herds of elephants and good concentration of wildlife, and the lush forest that shades the river is home to rare Colobus monkeys.
Accommodation
With only three guest tents, Asanja Grumeti offers an exclusive wilderness experience. The tents are spacious and have a modern design. Each tent has en suite facilities including bath, wc and a private outdoor shower. Guests have a private verandah with exceptional views over the surrounding area.
