KIA Lodge is situated on a secluded hill in the heart of beautiful scenery, yet is less than 5 minutes drive from Kilimanjaro International Airport.

The hotel has 40 spacious cottages set in beautiful gardens, and public areas include a reception area, gift shop, restaurant, lounge-bar and a swimming pool.

Guest accommodation is based within 40 spacious African-style thatched brick cottages which are privately set within the beautiful savannah garden. Each cottage has en-suite facilities with twin or double beds, ceiling fan, safe and mosquito net. The rooms have a free wifi service.

KIA Lodge has an excellent restaurant which offers continental, international and African cuisine. There is a daily changing 4-course dinner menu, and an a la carte and fixed lunch menu. The open bar has a comfortable lounge area with a view of Mount Kilimanjaro – ideal for relaxing after the day’s adventures.
The hilltop swimming pool also offers outstanding 360 degree panoramic views of Mt Kilimanjaro and Mt Meru.
The hotel has a curio shop and a Tanzanite shop on site, and there is a free wifi service in the public areas and within guest rooms.
Activities
Guests can visit an authentic Maasai village and take day trips to Tarangire National Park, Lake Manyara National Park, the Hot Springs and Arusha National Park.
