Zambezi Expeditions
Located on the banks of the mighty Zambezi River, in the Mana Pools National Park, this comfortable authentic safari camp is the perfect place to embrace the wildness of your surroundings.  Your days will be filled with canoeing safaris on the Zambezi River, walking safaris where you will track wildlife along the shorelines, fishing and game drives in an open 4×4 along the flood plains and the Mana Pools UNESCO World Heritage Site. As darkness approaches, sit out under the blanket of stars in the African night, warmed by the fire, listening to the calls of the wild. Zambezi Expeditions offers a truly wild safari experience.

The camp is a part of African Bush Camps Foundation which aims to make an impact in the communities and wildlife areas surrounding their camps. The projects running focus addressing challenges that include unemployment, food scarcity, poor education and healthcare infrastructure, low school attendance and dropouts due to financial constraints, wildlife poaching, and preserving natural resources.

Children over the age of 12 years are welcome, however walking safaris are restricted to children over the age of 16 years.
Location
Zambezi Expeditions can be accessed via light aircraft transfers from Harare International Airport (1 hour 30 mins) or Victoria Falls International Airport (2 hours 30 mins) to Mana Pools. Transfer time from the airstrip to camp is approximately 40 mins with wildlife viewing opportunities en-route.
