DAY 1 & 2: Victoria Falls Hotel , Victoria Falls
Upon arrival , you will be met and transferred by shared lodge transfer to Victoria Falls Hotel for a two night stay on bed & breakfast basis
Popularly known as “the grand old lady of the falls”, The Victoria Falls Hotel is situated in the Victoria Falls National Park, a world heritage site. The hotel is surrounded by tropical gardens, lily ponds and century-old shade trees overlooking the magnificent Victoria Falls, an ideal location for river cruises and helicopter tours. A ten-minute stroll, via a private footpath, leads to one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World: the Victoria Falls. Airport Transfer Time: 20 minutes from Victoria Falls & Livingstone Airports.
DAY 3 & 4: CHOBE GAME LODGE, Chobe National park
Following breakfast, you will be transferred by shared road transfer to Kasane Airport for an onward lodge transfer to Chobe Game lodge for a two night stay. Your stay here includes: meals, local drinks, activities – game drives and boating park fees, laundry and Intermittent WiFi .
Chobe Game Lodge is the only permanent lodge situated within the boundaries of Chobe National Park. Built along the riverbanks with spectacular views of the Chobe River and floodplains, this well-established lodge is a prime venue for guests to explore the Chobe National Park. Your days will be spent exploring the Chobe National Park in open 4X4 safari vehicles led by professional guides, and boat cruises along the Chobe River.
DAY 5 & 6: CAMP OKAVANGO, Okavango Delta
Following a morning activity (time permitting) and breakfast you will be transferred to Kasane airport for the onward transfer to the Okavango Delta.
Includes: meals, local drinks, activities, park fees and laundry and intermittent wifi Excludes: premium drinks
Activities: bird watching, mokoro, boating, fishing (seasonal and water level dependent) and walking. Camp Okavango is situated on the remote Nxaragha Island in the heart of the permanent Okavango Delta, assuring a year-round water wilderness experience. Camp Okavango is a romantic and peaceful haven, offering an idyllic getaway. All game-viewing activities are conducted by experienced professional guides and include exploring the Okavango Delta by mokoro (traditional dugout canoe) and motorboat. Guided nature walks on the various islands afford an opportunity to track some of the larger species that inhabit this water wilderness. Bird watching opportunities are outstanding, and fishing for bream and tiger fish is also offered.
DAY 7 & 8: CAMP MOREMI, Moremi Game Reserve
After an early morning activity (time permitting) and breakfast, you will be transferred to Moremi Camp by light aircraft for a two night stay. Includes: meals, local drinks, activities, park fees & laundry and intermittent wifi. Excludes: premium drinks. Activities: game drives and boating (seasonal and water level dependent)
Camp Moremi is situated on the picturesque Xakanaxa Lagoon in the eastern extremity of the Okavango Delta, within the Moremi Game Reserve. The area is a wildlife haven with incredible game viewing opportunities year round. Activities offered are game drives in open safari vehicles exploring the diverse range of habitats within the reserve – from open floodplains to belts of mopane woodland. Guests can also venture out onto the open waters of the Okavango by motorboat, visiting the Xakanaxa Lagoon and beyond up to the seasonal heronry at Gadikwe.
DAY 9 & 10: LEROO LA TAU | BOTETI RIVER – MAKGADIKGADI PANS NATIONAL PARK
Following the morning activity (time permitting) and breakfast, you will be transferred to Leroo La Tau by light aircraft.
Leroo La Tau rises majestically above the Boteti River which stretches across the western border of the Makgadikgadi Pans National Park.
Accommodation is in twelve chalets, accommodating a total of twenty-four guests in camp. Each chalet is incredibly spacious with two beds, one double and the other single. The rooms have en-suite facilities that overlook the Boteti River. The chalets are spectacularly built at the edge of the escarpment and have glass sliding doors opening to a private deck affording incredible views. The main lodge area at Leroo La Tau is built out of natural wood, brick and thatch, housing the lounge, bar, dining room, reception area and curio shop. Having explored the area and enjoyed a spectacular wildlife phenomenon on guided day and night game drives, guests can retire after dinner to a splendid fireplace overlooking the river. The lodge also offers a raised hide above the river where guests can enjoy the spectacular wildlife sightings that we’ve come to expect in this part of Botswana.
DAY 11: SAFARI ENDS IN MAUN
Following the morning activity (time permitting) and breakfast, you will be transferred to Maun by light aircraft for your onward travel arrangements.
