Notes & Conditions

1. All fares are in US$, inclusive of taxes and are valid up to 15 December 2013

2. Child fare (2 - under 12 years) is 70% of the applicable fare

3. Reservations cancelled within 96 hours of travel will be charged as 'no shows' in full. For bookings over Christmas, New Year and Easter, cancellations within 14 days will be charged in full. Cancellation policy for group bookings of eight or more pax is applicable and available on request. Any refunds will incur an administration fee of $30.

4. No show tickets are non refundable and non transferable to other passengers. Any amendments made within 96 hours of travel will be charged a $ 50 re-booking fee.

5. The services to Tsavo West, Migori, Voi, Kiwayu, Naivasha, all Loisaba, Joys Camp and Lewa Downs related services are subject to a minimum of 2 passengers being booked in high season and minimum 4 pax in the low season.

6. The Amboseli and Tsavo West services will be combined in the low seasons & timings should be re-confirmed with our Operations.

11. All schedule flights above depart from Wilson Airport in Nairobi

Notes & Conditions:

1. All fares are in  US$ Dollars including airport departure taxes per person

2. Mombasa 2013 Fares in US$ From 15 December 2012 - 30 June 2013

3. Check-in is 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time

4. Amboseli & Tsavo fares are inclusive of aircraft landing fees

5. Minimum number required for pickup/drop off at Tsavo is 4 pax while Amboseli is 2 pax

6. Children 02 - 12 years are charged 75% of adult rate (below 2 years is free)

7. Baggage restriction is 15 kilograms per person including hand luggage

8. Fares are subject to statutory increases without notice

9. All Mombasa Air flights stop-over Ukunda EXCEPT on Tsavo to/from Mara & Amboseli to/from Mara flight routes
