Flamboyant is an intimate privately owned luxury beachfront property. This family owned beachfront house set in lush tropical gardens overlooking the white sandy beaches and clear warm waters of the Indian Ocean is perfect for your Kenya beach holiday. Flamboyant is close to shops, restaurants, water sports centres, 18 hole golf course and the Shimba Hills Game Reserve.

Accommodation

Flamboyant's large verandah and dining area over looks the swimming pool, surrounded by a lush garden. The house has ten air-conditioned en suite double bedrooms, lounge areas and a small bar. The rooms are all tastefully decorated, most of which over look the pool and the Indian Ocean just 50 meters beyond.

The honeymoon suites are situated on the 1st floor with stunning ocean views. These spacious suites are private and cosy with their own lounge areas.

Desert Rose beach cottage has 2 double bedrooms and 1 triple room, all with fans. The spacious and attractive lounge has a bar, with the verandah overlooking lush gardens onto the Indian Ocean just 50 meters in front. Desert Rose has a cook/cleaner at your convenience. The tennis court and the squash court of Flamboyant are available on request.

A unique Stilts Eco-Camp, set in amongst tree tops, has a relaxed atmosphere. The camp is set in 7 acres of coastal forest, consists of 7 tree houses and a camping area. Stilts is set back from the Indian Ocean, opposite Ali Barbour's Cave Restaurant and Forty Thieves Beach Bar. It offers the best value for money on Diani Beach.

Activities

Flamboyant has a traditionally thatched Gazebo overlooking the Indian Ocean, suitable for private parties or intimate weddings. Deep sea fishing can be arranged from Forty Thieves Beach Bar, adjacent to the house. The house grounds consists of a tennis court, squash court, and billiards room. Close by is an 18 hole golf course, and an airstrip that serves most game parks.

Leisure Amenities

Squash and tennis courts, snooker table, BBQ area, large swimming pool and smaller paddling pool. Lively Beach Bar and world renowned Cave Restaurant in close proximity. Water sports, deep sea fishing and safari's can be arranged at a charge.
