Arusha Coffee Lodge lies cradled in the endless acres of Tanzania’s largest coffee plantation. This exclusive, boutique hotel lodge has been designed around the farms’ original plantation homes, radiating the warmth and invitation of the old colonial plantation homes historically distinctive to the coffee plantations. A TRULY “Out Of Africa” experience. It is also strategically located on the western edge of Arusha town and is 5 minutes from the Arusha airport.

Accomodation

The Arusha Coffee Lodge accommodation consists of 18 plantation houses lavishly furnished, featuring split-level living room area and a private deck patio. The rooms have a mixture of 10 twin and 8 double beds, with mosquito netting hanging from a spacious wooden frame. The décor is earth colors which is the concept used in plantation houses, fire place, wooden floors, low lighting, and woven floor rugs.
The bathroom is spacious, with basin, bath tub, shower, hairdryer and bath robe.

Offering every guest amenity and fancy, the Arusha Coffee Lodge is the place to relax and rejuvenate before or after a Tanzanian Safari.  Laze around the swimming pool, enjoy a sun-downer at the Safari Bar, unwind after a delectable meal in the lounge with a good liquer and a fireside chat. Reception

The reception is furnished with comfortable leather chairs and a desk, in an airy open area with coffee trees clustered all around. The drive way has lavender bushes giving a lovely fragrance. The specially designed pond sits between the reception and the pub, designed with mosaic tiles and a centre piece made with glass depicting a water lily.

Lounge

Our lounge is a warm area with comfortable leather sofas, elegantly furnished, dim lights, with brick walls and wooden floors. A fire place lends it a cozy atmosphere.

Dining

The main dining room is next to the lounge and carries the same theme and décor. It is spacious, airy and glass windows let in a lot of light looking onto the pond and gardens. Giving the restaurant a pleasant atmosphere during the day, and at night, the soft furnishings, lighting, give it a relaxing, warm atmosphere.

The terrace and individual dining decks extend from the main dining room, a pleasant out door dining experience and with a pizza oven to add on to simple and refreshing a la carte menu.

Bar

The main bar is next to the main restaurant and over looking the pond, and across from the reception. This has a casual pub like atmosphere and extends out onto a private terrace and gardens.

Conferences

The conference room has a capacity of 20 pax maximum, U shape or Board Room style.

Weddings at the Lodge

The ideal setting for wedding ceremonies, with the coffee plantation as a backdrop. Wedding packages are tailored for intimate events.
